Your anti-stress therapy

Braintronics - harmony of body and mind

We live in an age of constant haste. The multitude of responsibilities, pressures at work and in personal life mean that true relaxation becomes a luxury that many people simply cannot afford. The consequences are well known: difficulty falling asleep, chronic fatigue, irritability, and constant tension.

The answer to these challenges is the Braintronics system — an innovative combination of massage and audial stimulation that guides the body into a state of deep relaxation.

How does Braintronics work?

Braintronics combines two proven elements: carefully selected relaxation music and rhythmic massage. Together, they create a cohesive therapy that simultaneously affects both body and mind.

The session proceeds in three stages:

Stage 1 – Calming (approx. 8 minutes)
Gentle massage combined with soothing sounds or guided narration gradually calms the nervous system and prepares the body for deeper relaxation.

Stage 2 – Stimulation (approx. 7 minutes)
The massage and music fade. Specially designed binaural beats—sounds that directly influence the brain's electrical activity—appear in the headphones.

Stage 3 – Return to Balance (approx. 6 minutes)
The beats subside, and the massage and sounds return, gently guiding you out of the state of deep relaxation.

The Science Behind the Tech — Brainwaves

The human brain constantly generates electrical impulses, the frequency of which changes depending on what we are doing and how we feel. There are four main types of waves:

  • Beta Waves (12–28 Hz) – daytime activity, concentration, mental work
  • Alpha Waves (8–13 Hz) – calmness, relaxation, pre-sleep state
  • Theta Waves (4–7 Hz) – meditation, deep relaxation, dreams
  • Delta Waves (0.5–3 Hz) – deep sleep, body regeneration

Braintronics uses the phenomenon of audiostimulation — through appropriately selected sound frequencies, it encourages the brain to switch from beta mode (stress, tension) to alpha or theta mode (calmness, regeneration).

Effects of regular use

A single session provides temporary relief. However, true change comes with regular use of the system. The brain, like muscles, needs training—it is estimated that new neural connections form over approximately 3 weeks of systematic work.

Regular Braintronics sessions can help you better cope with stress, improve sleep quality, increase mental resilience, and more easily achieve a state of focus and inner peace.
