Although SidoraConcept is a completely new brand, we've known each other for years...
Since 2015, we have been building the Casada healthcare brand in Poland: exclusive, high-quality products and top-notch service are our hallmarks.
However, it's time for a change: we want more, and above all - we want better.
Sidora Health Concept was born out of passion, knowledge, and experience.
In creating our own products, we focused on the most advanced technologies, while also ensuring functional and economic aspects were met.
Our product portfolio includes not only devices from our brand - we have invited the world's largest manufacturers of massage chairs to cooperate, selecting unique models from their offerings that were previously unavailable on the Polish market.
We also offer saunas and jacuzzis. We have selected a wide range of products for you, thanks to which your home relaxation zones will gain a completely new dimension and reliable quality.

Eduard
Planning and Production
A man who knows absolutely everything about massage chairs and the broader wellness industry. Over 20 years of experience and practical knowledge of all stages of order fulfillment: from production coordination, through logistics, customer service, and technical support.
Eduard is responsible for creating our product portfolio. Every massage chair model has been carefully selected and refined by him. Nothing is accidental: technological solutions, software, color schemes – Eduard oversees it all.

Zbyszek
CEO
The right man in the right place. He has been involved in the wellness and massage chair industry for over 20 years.
Zbyszek's greatest superpower is team building - not just hiring employees, but creating a cohesive, committed team. He can bring out skills in people that they themselves were unaware of possessing. He has Solomonic wisdom and stoic calm. He knows how to motivate.
Zbyszek's second superpower is spreadsheets - he's a numbers person.
He is a perfectionist.

Our voice of reason in numbers. She maintains order in documentation and manages finances.
Always calm, composed, and systematic, she brings order and harmony to daily work.

Client Care Specialist
Agnieszka possesses boundless energy and enthusiasm. She largely channels these qualities into helping our clients secure funding from PFRON and foundations.
She is open to clients' needs, sensitive, committed, and determined. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Agnieszka thrives on activity: when the rest of the team is running on empty, she's leading the charge.

Ola is a true workhorse – she is systematic, professional, warm, and always open to clients' needs.
She listens to everyone with incredible patience, which allows her to find the best solutions for every challenge.

Creative Department
Our artistic soul. Maciek is responsible for photo & video materials.
He conducts photo shoots, records and edits our reels and vlogs, and develops graphic materials. He is inventive and creative - he always manages to find a compromise between the script's assumptions, the actors' vision, and the algorithms' requirements.
Rafał
E-commerce / marketplace
Rafał is responsible for cooperation with e-commerce platforms.
He is involved in planning sales strategies for individual marketplaces, data analysis, and oversees offer optimization and order fulfillment.
Rafał's superpower is his readiness to take on new challenges, which is why he works closely with our marketing department, which ensures he always has plenty of them ;)
Magdalena
Marketing
Magdalena is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the company's marketing activities.
She collaborates with all departments within the company, as well as with agencies and business partners. She manages the unmanageable and achieves the unachievable.
Magdalena is also responsible for the brand's marketing communication – she creates product descriptions, manages website content, and authors blog articles. It is thanks to her that our products not only have quality but also a story told in an engaging way.

Service & Deliveries and Installations
He coordinates our service department and logistics. The man for impossible tasks: there is no place he wouldn't deliver a massage chair to, nor a fault he couldn't fix.
He knows everything, and even more, about massage chairs and devices. He also has an incredible gift for communication: he talks about technical matters so engagingly that it's impossible not to listen to him with bated breath.
