Terms and Conditions for Massage Chair Presentations

1. General provisions

  1. These terms and conditions define the rules for ordering and conducting presentations of massage chairs at a location specified by the client, carried out by the Mobile Massage Chair Showroom.
  2. The presentation consists of a representative traveling in a showroom vehicle with the massage chair(s) selected by the client to the client's location and providing the opportunity to test them at a place of the client's choosing.
  3. Placing an order for a presentation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. The terms and conditions apply exclusively to presentations taking place outside of the stationary showroom (travel to the client).

2. Scheduling and presentation fee

  1. The cost of the presentation is 300 PLN and is payable in advance, before a visit date is scheduled.
  2. Making the payment is equivalent to booking a presentation date.
  3. Without a posted payment, a date is not scheduled, and a visit to the client will not be organized.
  4. The presentation date is set individually with the client after the payment is received.
  5. The waiting time for a presentation is a maximum of 10 working days. Upon the Client's request, the presentation can take place at a later date (e.g., if it is booked well in advance).
  6. When designating the presentation location, the Client must ensure safety, compliance with applicable regulations, and take into account the dimensions of the presentation vehicle (a delivery van).

3. Presentation duration

  1. The standard presentation time depends on the number of chairs being tested: 1 chair - 45 minutes, 2 chairs - 1 hour, 3 chairs - 1.5 hours
  2. If there are special circumstances justifying a different presentation duration, arrangements must be made with the client in advance, before the day of the presentation. This is due to the need to maintain the schedule - subsequent presentations planned for the same day must take place without delays.

4. Purchase decision and settlement of the presentation fee

  1. The customer has 10 days from the date of the presentation to make a purchasing decision. If the customer decides to purchase the chair within this period, the presentation fee will be credited towards the order value (the customer receives a discount equal to the presentation fee).
  2. If the purchasing decision is made after 10 days, the discount is forfeited, and the presentation fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards the purchase.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling of the presentation by the client

  1. Canceling the presentation at the latest one day before the scheduled date by 12:00 PM – the presentation fee is refunded to the client in full within a maximum of 7 days.
  2. Canceling the presentation on the scheduled date – the fee is forfeited and is non-refundable.
  3. The client's absence at the presentation venue is treated as a cancellation on the scheduled date.
  4. The client has the option to reschedule the presentation – the change must be notified at the latest by 12:00 PM on the day preceding the presentation date.
  5. If the Client notifies a change of date on the day of the presentation, it is treated as a cancellation on the scheduled date and the fee is forfeited. A new date can be scheduled after paying the fee again.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling of the presentation by the Seller

  1. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the presentation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (such as vehicle failure, road accidents, etc.) that would prevent the presentation from being conducted as scheduled.
  2. In such a case, the Seller will offer the earliest possible date for the next presentation or provide a refund of the presentation fee within a maximum of 7 days from the date of cancellation.
