- Control panel – an intuitive and easy-to-use control panel allows you to conveniently manage all sauna functions. Thanks to it, you can quickly set the temperature, lighting, or session time to fully adapt the sauna session to your needs and preferences.
- Stove with volcanic stones - an efficient 8 kW Finnish stove equipped with natural volcanic stones ensures even and intense heating of the sauna interior. The stones retain heat for a long time, which promotes stable temperature and allows you to pour water on them to create pleasant steam.
- Radio with USB and Bluetooth and 2 speakers - the built-in audio system allows you to listen to your favorite music, podcasts, or relaxing sounds during the session. USB and Bluetooth connectivity allows you to easily play music from your phone or other mobile devices, and two high-quality speakers provide clear sound.
- App control - the modern app control function allows you to control selected sauna settings directly from your smartphone. This way, you can prepare the ideal conditions for relaxation even before you enter the sauna.
- RGB LED lighting – starry sky - decorative RGB LED lighting in the form of a starry sky creates a unique atmosphere conducive to relaxation and tranquility.

The Finnish stove is the heart of every authentic Finnish sauna – a source of warmth, atmosphere, and a ritual that has served to regenerate body and mind for centuries. It heats volcanic stones and the air in the cabin, creating a distinctive environment: dry, deeply warmed, and ideally conducive to relaxation.
The JF180 sauna is electrically heated, which guarantees precise temperature control without the need to operate a traditional furnace. You regulate the humidity level yourself – simply pour water over the hot stones. The more steam, the more intensely the heat penetrates the body, and the perceived temperature in the cabin rises. Infrared saunas use infrared emitters that directly heat the body, not the air. This allows them to operate at a lower temperature (approx. 40–60°C), making them gentler on the body and allowing for longer, more comfortable relaxation sessions.
Finnish saunas, on the other hand, heat the air inside the cabin to high temperatures (approx. 80–100°C), which causes intense sweating and a more traditional sauna experience.
In short: infrared saunas work more gently and deeply on tissues, while Finnish saunas provide an intense, high-temperature thermal experience.
How often can you use a sauna?
Saunas can be used regularly, even several times a week, and in many cases even daily—depending on individual fitness and well-being. For an infrared sauna, sessions are recommended 3-5 times a week for approximately 20-40 minutes, whereas for a Finnish sauna, usually 1-3 times a week, in shorter cycles with breaks for cooling the body.

How much electricity does a home sauna use?
Assuming a rate of PLN 1.10/kWh as a safe average energy price:

What electrical installation does an IR sauna require?
An infrared sauna usually requires a standard 230 V power supply, i.e., a regular electrical outlet. The device's power output is typically around 1.5–3 kW, so the sauna can be connected to a standard circuit (most often with a 16 A fuse). It does not require a three-phase installation or special electrical modifications, which makes it very easy to install.
What kind of electrical installation does a Finnish sauna require?
In the case of a Finnish sauna with an electric heater, a 400 V (three-phase) power supply is required. The heater's power most often ranges from 3–9 kW, which is why it is necessary to use a separate circuit and appropriate safeguards. The connection of such a sauna should be performed by a qualified electrician.
