Do you enjoy winter sports? Are you caught up in the winter craze?
If so, we have prepared a special winter guide for you, thanks to which you will not only prepare effectively for the upcoming season, but also efficiently deal with muscle soreness and even injuries while it lasts.
Dry land training - or before you strap on your skis
Before you dash "straight down" from the top of a snowy slope, it is worth preparing your body for a new form of physical activity. Especially if your physical activity level remains rather low throughout the year.
Conducting "dry land training" will be made easier for you by the PowerBoard 3.0 vibration platform. By doing squats on it, you will wonderfully strengthen your quadriceps, and thanks to the unstable surface, you will also engage your ankle and knee joints in the movement. Exactly as you would when skiing or snowboarding.
On the platform, you can also work on strengthening your muscle corset (the so-called core muscles) surrounding your torso. Systematically strengthening these muscles can prevent many injuries associated with winter sports, as well as improve strength and technique in most sports disciplines - not just winter ones.

For tired muscles
After the craze on the slope or ice rink, we often struggle with muscle pain. This can be both muscle soreness and so-called DOMS, or delayed onset muscle soreness.
The most effective way to prevent these ailments is to intensively massage your muscles after physical exertion - preferably using the MediGunPRO vibration massage gun.
It is also worth warming up properly. You can jump into a hot bath, but to maintain the effect and reach deep into tense muscles, it is best to use a Dr. Stone heating mat.
If you feel foot pain after a few hours in ski boots or skates - use the FootInn II foot massager, which you can easily take with you on your winter holiday. It performs massage using two techniques: the soles of the feet are massaged by special rollers, and additionally, their entire surface is compressed by compression cushions.
Such a massage will relax tense muscles, improve circulation, and restore a feeling of lightness. You can also turn on the heating function, which will accelerate the massage's effect and warm up cold feet.
A way to deal with injuries
It happens that while practicing winter sports, we get injured. What then? In some cases, we can help ourselves recover.
We have special material for you, prepared by a well-known physiotherapist and personal trainer, Marek Purczyński. You will learn from it how to deal with a sprained ankle using the MediGunPRO vibration massage gun:
Now we can send you off on your winter holidays with a clear conscience. You are equipped with expert knowledge, and we can equip you with useful equipment - plus, until the end of the year, it will be available at holiday prices.
