"In autumn, in autumn, the orchards turn rosy (...)" wrote Maria Konopnicka.
The golden Polish autumn is the most beautiful in the world. The catch is that it isn’t always golden – often it is grey, dull, and cold. In autumn, we experience mood swings (autumn depression, also known as Seasonal Affective Disorder – SAD) and poorer physical well-being – all caused by the weather, shorter days, the return to school and work, and less sleep.
It is therefore worth taking care to make autumn more pleasant and limit its negative effects. We have prepared a list of products for you that will help you survive this difficult time of year.
Wrap yourself in warmth
In autumn, muscle and joint pain intensifies – not only in people affected by conditions such as rheumatism. Muscle aches are also common with autumn colds.
For autumn gloom and cold, the best remedy is a warm blanket, hot tea, and... a Dr. Stone heating mat.
The surface of the mat is covered with flat jade and tourmaline stones, which have a beneficial effect on the human body, support self-healing processes, and harmonize the body's functions.
The Dr. Stone heating mat features temperature regulation ranging from 30°C to 70°C, so you can adjust the heat to your current needs: intensively warming up sore lower back muscles or gently and gradually warming a chilled body.
Thermotherapy has a positive effect on many of our body's systems (circulatory, respiratory, muscular, and nervous). Heat helps lower vascular tension, increases blood flow speed, and lowers blood pressure. A state of warmth also increases lung ventilation, regulates muscle-fascial-nerve tension, and positively influences the regeneration of soft tissues.
The mat can be used while lying down or sitting – it is universal.

Get a massage
A massager is essential in autumn: it will bring relief to sore muscles and help relax the mind.
And the selection in this field is extremely wide:
- if your feet painfully feel the change from sandals to closed shoes, and the autumn chill keeps them cold – the perfect solution would be a Footinn or Reflexomed foot massager or a Canoo V leg and foot massager, which will not only massage your feet but also release tension in your calves;
- if you feel tension, primarily in the upper spine – use the cordless Neck2Go neck massager or the Miniwell Twist2Go massage pillow. You can also rest your neck on the Fox heating neck pillow. It is the best travel companion, and it will also work well while watching TV or reading, providing the most comfortable position for the cervical spine.
- if you feel general fatigue and malaise – the best solution would be a massage mat from the Quattromed series.

Detox action
In autumn, it is worth paying special attention to your immunity: implement supplements, enrich your diet, and treat yourself to electrolytic baths, which act in a relaxing and harmonizing way on the body's functioning.
To do this, it is worth stocking up on a BioVital electrolytic bath tub. The device already includes a salt mixture in the set, so you can start the treatment right away.
The electrolytic bath treatment is not only good for our body – it is also wonderful relaxation.
A prickly friend
It is worth being friends with acupressure mats and rollers all year round – especially in autumn!
The prickly protrusions stimulate the central nervous system, which in turn results in the release of endorphins – happiness hormones. Endorphins act on opiate receptors in the brain to enhance feelings of pleasure and well-being, as well as reduce the sensation of pain and discomfort. Endorphins help us function when we are injured or stressed.
In autumn, a solid dose of them will come in handy!
The most popular and at the same time the most versatile acupressure accessory is currently the acupressure mat, however, we can also choose a roller or a disc.

We hope that the weather will be kind this autumn and that you will be able to enjoy its most beautiful side.
We are here for you, in autumn as throughout the whole year, ready to help you choose the best tool for fighting or preventing autumn blues.
