Hybrid technology – Finnish and IR sauna in one
Discover the ultimate dimension of relaxation with the JC200 hybrid sauna. It is a unique combination of traditional Finnish sauna and modern infrared (IR) technology, enclosed in an elegant design featuring black glass and natural Hemlock wood. There are 3 options to choose from:
- Classic Finnish Sauna: Thanks to an efficient 6 kW heater, you can enjoy a traditional high-temperature bath (up to 90°C).
- Modern Infrared Sauna: The Full Spectrum radiator system offers immediate heat therapy that penetrates deep into tissues, supporting muscle regeneration and body detoxification (up to 65°C).
- Biosauna and Aromatherapy (Additional paid option): With the ability to add a salt vaporizer, your hybrid sauna can turn into a herbal biosauna. This is an ideal form for sensitive individuals, children, or those seeking the benefits of salt and herbal inhalation.
Heating systems can be configured as needed; however, for safety and efficiency, only one selected heating method can be used at a time.
CARBON HEATERS IN JC200 SAUNA

IR
INFRARED RADIATION
JCP carbon infrared sauna heaters emit infrared (IR) radiation that penetrates deep into the tissues, providing pleasant, even heat. Unlike older ceramic heaters, carbon heaters do not cause a burning sensation on the skin.
Their advanced design ensures greater coverage, better heat distribution, and a comfortable sauna experience, which positively impacts relaxation and well-being, while MIR or FIR technology provides numerous health benefits.

PEACE
mid-infrared
MIR (mid-infrared) radiation generates wavelengths of 1400–3000 nm. These are longer than NIR waves, allowing them to penetrate deeper into the skin. They reach soft tissues, helping to reduce inflammation and pain. They accelerate blood circulation, which means better oxygenation and nourishment of cells. As a result, they support faster tissue regeneration and the reduction of pain symptoms.

fir
far infrared
FIR, or far infrared, covers wavelengths from 3000 nm to 1 mm. These rays penetrate the deepest and stimulate the sweat glands, which promotes more effective removal of toxins from the body. This type of IR radiation increases heart rate and accelerates metabolism, which also translates into faster calorie burning.

Halogen heaters - therapy from within
In the JC200 model, advanced halogen heaters are installed on the rear wall (at back level and under the bench), delivering heat directly to your body, providing immediate relief to tense back and spine muscles, and improving circulation in the lower body.
Unlike traditional methods, halogen heaters warm the body from within, rather than just the air around you.
The sweating process in an infrared sauna begins slightly later than in a Finnish sauna, but it is much more intense and continues longer after the session ends. This allows the body to eliminate toxins more effectively.

Hemlock - premium grade Canadian hemlock
The choice of material is crucial for the durability and atmosphere inside a sauna.
The JC200 hybrid sauna is made from top-quality Canadian Hemlock wood, which is widely recognized as the gold standard in luxury sauna manufacturing.
It is characterized by exceptional hardness and resistance to mechanical damage: it does not warp or shrink under the influence of rapid temperature changes, guaranteeing a perfectly airtight cabin.

INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH – THE THERAPEUTIC POWER OF THE SAUNA
Regular use of the JC200 hybrid sauna is not just a moment of relaxation, but above all, a comprehensive therapy for your body. The combination of deep infrared heat and a traditional Finnish sauna brings tangible health benefits:
- Improved circulation and oxygenation: Intense heat dilates blood vessels, which improves blood flow, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to every cell in the body.
- Metabolic support: A sauna session accelerates metabolism, which supports calorie-burning processes and makes weight management easier.
- Pain relief: Deep tissue heating effectively reduces muscle tension and soothes joint pain, providing relief after a workout or a hard day.
- Effective detox: Intense sweating allows for the natural elimination of toxins and heavy metals from the body.
- Reduction of swelling: The sauna helps remove excess water from the body, which directly translates into reduced puffiness and a feeling of "lightness."
- Healthy and radiant complexion: Regular treatments cleanse pores, improve skin elasticity, and give it a healthy, younger appearance.
- Mental balance: The heat calms the nervous system, helping to combat stress, anxiety, and insomnia.
- More energy: Regular sessions help fight chronic fatigue and significantly improve overall vitality.
FAQs
What is the difference between an infrared sauna and a Finnish sauna?
An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters that heat the body directly, rather than the air. As a result, it operates at a lower temperature (approx. 40–60°C), is gentler on the body, and allows for longer, more comfortable relaxation sessions.
A Finnish sauna, on the other hand, heats the air inside the cabin to high temperatures (approx. 80–100°C), which causes intense sweating and provides a more traditional sauna experience.
In short: an infrared sauna works more gently and deeply on the tissues, while a Finnish sauna provides an intense, high-temperature thermal experience.
How often can you use the sauna?
You can use the sauna regularly, even several times a week, and in many cases even daily — depending on your individual physical condition and how you feel. For an infrared sauna, sessions of 20–40 minutes are recommended 3–5 times a week, while in a Finnish sauna, it is usually 1–3 times a week, in shorter cycles with breaks to cool down the body.
The most important thing is to adjust the frequency to your own needs, stay properly hydrated, and not overexert your body. If in doubt, it is worth consulting a doctor.
How much electricity does a home sauna consume?
Assuming a rate of PLN 1.10/kWh as a safe average energy price:
- a 30-minute session in an infrared sauna costs approx. PLN 1.10
- a 30-minute session in a Finnish sauna costs approx. PLN 5.50
What kind of electrical installation does an IR sauna require?
An infrared sauna typically requires a standard 230 V power supply, i.e., an ordinary electrical outlet. The device's power output is usually around 1.5–3 kW, so the sauna can be connected to a standard circuit (most commonly a 16 A circuit breaker). It does not require a three-phase installation or any special electrical modifications, which makes it very easy to install.
What kind of electrical installation does a Finnish sauna require?
For a Finnish sauna with an electric heater, a 400 V (three-phase) power supply is required. The heater's power usually ranges from 3–9 kW, which is why it is necessary to use a separate circuit and appropriate protection. The sauna must be connected by a qualified electrician.
