Modern carbon sauna for home
The JIC150 infrared sauna is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the beneficial properties of a sauna in the comfort of their own home. Thanks to infrared technology, heat penetrates directly into the tissues, providing deep relaxation, detoxification, and body regeneration at a lower temperature than in a traditional sauna.
CARBON HEATERS IN JIC150 SAUNA

IR
INFRARED RADIATION
JIC150 carbon infrared heaters for saunas produce infrared (IR) radiation that penetrates deep into tissues and provides pleasant, even warmth. Unlike older ceramic heaters, carbon heaters do not cause a burning sensation on the skin.
Their advanced design ensures a wider range, better heat distribution, and a comfortable sauna experience, positively impacting relaxation and well-being, while MIR or FIR technology offers numerous health benefits.

PEACE
mid-infrared
MIR (mid-infrared) radiation generates waves with a length of 1400–3000 nm. These are longer than NIR waves, allowing them to penetrate deeper into the skin. They reach soft tissues, helping to reduce inflammation and pain. They accelerate blood circulation, which means better oxygenation and nourishment of cells. As a result, they support faster tissue regeneration and reduction of pain.

fir
far infrared
FIR, or far infrared, includes waves with lengths from 3000 nm to 1 mm. These rays penetrate the deepest and stimulate the sweat glands, which promotes more effective toxin removal from the body. This type of IR radiation increases heart rate and speeds up metabolism, which also leads to faster calorie burning.

Carbon heaters – natural and efficient heating
The JIC150 infrared sauna has a built-in control panel with buttons, allowing you to manage all the sauna's functions: turning the sauna and heaters on and off, adjusting the temperature, setting the timer, playing your favorite music or listening to the radio via Bluetooth connection, and changing the RGB lighting.
In addition to the control panel, you can also manage the JIC150 sauna using a free application available in mobile stores.

Natural Finnish pine wood
The JIC150 sauna is made of top-quality materials, ensuring its long lifespan. The ergonomic design allows for comfortable seating, so you can relax during therapy and take your mind off daily worries.
The sauna is made of the highest quality Finnish pine. The wood is knot-free and thermally treated, so it does not release resin, is an excellent heat insulator, and is lightweight yet durable.
The 8mm thick tempered glass at the front of the sauna ensures safe entry and use. The hinges are made of INOX steel, which eliminates the risk of corrosion and ensures safe opening.

Benefits of using an infrared sauna
Regular use of an infrared sauna offers numerous health benefits:
- improved sleep quality
- deep relaxation and stress reduction
- support for body detoxification
- muscle relaxation
- improved skin appearance and elasticity
- better blood circulation
- support in fighting chronic fatigue
- faster body regeneration after exertion

Why choose a carbon sauna?
The JIC150 carbon sauna combines the benefits of infrared technology with natural, even carbon heating, which ensures:
- comfort and safety during each session
- effective body cleansing and health improvement
- convenience of home use thanks to the control panel, mobile application, and RGB LED lighting
JIC150 is the ideal infrared sauna for those who want to take care of their relaxation, regeneration, and health – without leaving home.
FAQs
What is the difference between an IR sauna and a Finnish sauna?
Infrared saunas use infrared emitters that directly heat the body, not the air. This allows them to operate at a lower temperature (approx. 40–60°C), making them gentler on the body and allowing for longer, more comfortable relaxation sessions.
Finnish saunas, on the other hand, heat the air inside the cabin to high temperatures (approx. 80–100°C), which causes intense sweating and a more traditional sauna experience.
In short: infrared saunas work more gently and deeply on tissues, while Finnish saunas provide an intense, high-temperature thermal experience.
How often can you use a sauna?
Saunas can be used regularly, even several times a week, and in many cases even daily—depending on individual fitness and well-being. For an infrared sauna, sessions are recommended 3-5 times a week for approximately 20-40 minutes, whereas for a Finnish sauna, usually 1-3 times a week, in shorter cycles with breaks for cooling the body.
The most important thing is to adjust the frequency to your own needs, ensure proper hydration, and avoid overstraining your body. If in doubt, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
How much electricity does a home sauna use?
Assuming a rate of PLN 1.10/kWh as a safe average energy price:
- a 30-minute session in an infrared sauna costs approx. PLN 1.10
- a 30-minute session in a Finnish sauna costs approx. PLN 5.50
What electrical installation does an IR sauna require?
An infrared sauna usually requires a standard 230 V power supply, i.e., a regular electrical outlet. The device's power output is typically around 1.5–3 kW, so the sauna can be connected to a standard circuit (most often with a 16 A fuse). It does not require a three-phase installation or special electrical modifications, which makes it very easy to install.
What kind of electrical installation does a Finnish sauna require?
In the case of a Finnish sauna with an electric heater, a 400 V (three-phase) power supply is required. The heater's power most often ranges from 3–9 kW, which is why it is necessary to use a separate circuit and appropriate safeguards. The connection of such a sauna should be performed by a qualified electrician.
