PowerVib vibrating dumbbells combine classic weight training with vibration training. It is the vibrations that allow access to the deepest layers of the muscles.
PowerVib has 3 levels of vibration intensity adjustment:

- 2nd level 1500 ± 300 rpm (25 Hz)
- 3rd level 2000 ± 300 rpm (33 Hz)
The higher the vibration level, the greater the load on the muscles.
Training with vibrating dumbbells is much more intense, increasing maximum strength and muscle elasticity. With PowerVib, you can achieve even better and faster training results than with conventional training, thanks to the reflexive muscle contractions caused by the vibrations.
training under supervision
PowerVib have a battery level indicator – when the dumbbells are switched on, LED lights illuminate to indicate their status. This means a low battery will never disrupt your workout.
Low battery? Simply connect the dumbbells to the power adapter using the included USB C cable and charge the batteries. On a single charge, you can exercise for up to 2 hours! The automatic operating time of the dumbbells is 10 minutes.

Thanks to the interchangeable weights, PowerVib vibrating dumbbells offer the possibility of training with a load of 2 kg, 2.5 kg, or 3 kg.
Mounting the weights is child's play – simply screw the weight of your choice onto the dumbbell shaft, and then secure it with the cap.
