Grzegorz Zieliński. Cooltourist

He is the European Bodybuilding Champion in the master category, age group 60 - 65. He is also the Polish Veteran Bodybuilding Champion, and this December he is heading to the Dominican Republic - no, not for the beach, but to win the World Championship title. He trains every day - including on the Power Board.

Grzegorz Zieliński, a councilor from the Brzeźno district, owner of the "Portowiec" club - the oldest gym in Gdańsk (established in 1976), and a member of the IFBB bodybuilding federation.

Jet-black beard, smiling eyes, an athletic and muscular physique. It is no wonder the honorable jury at the European Championships scrutinized his documents, as he absolutely does not look 64. He has been involved in sports his whole life, but only "seriously" since his forties.
He is an advocate of exercise, rational nutrition, and... Casada Health & Beauty devices.

The adventure of the then European Champion with Casada began quite banally and by chance - at a sales presentation where he purchased a Quattromed 3 massage mat.
After a short time, it turned out that this "little gadget" quite effectively replaces the hands of a masseur, which are essential after exhausting strength training sessions.

Grzegorz Zieliński is proof that age is no excuse. He also shows that the best investment we can make is always an investment in ourselves - in our health, fitness, and well-being. Friends laugh that he "ate" the money he could have used to build a house. He laughs too, because he spent that money on his health. And for his health, he invested in sports and Casada.

We feel special and proud that it is our equipment that has met with the Champion's approval. We also feel motivated, and despite the autumn drizzle, we want to eat healthier and move more. We look at photos of Grzegorz Zieliński on the Power Board, at the gold medal swinging against his white-and-red shirt, and we really feel like it...
