MS: Stress is an inseparable companion for every businesswoman. However, your company has found an effective remedy for it...

MLŁ: Before I write that prescription for you, I would like to go back to the source. Stress is an inherent companion of every human being, and its primary role was to enable survival. It appeared in life-threatening situations, such as being attacked by a predator. It is an instinctive reaction of the body, triggering so-called stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which mobilized the body to fight or flee. It is thanks to these that our hair stands on end in terror or we suddenly discover superpowers: incredible strength, speed, and sharpened senses. Short-term stress, appearing in response to a threat, is therefore a positive phenomenon. Unfortunately, both businesswomen and the rest of the world are currently exposed to chronic stress. It is caused by factors such as work, home, relationships, money, or even traffic jams—no longer predators lying in wait for our lives, but the most ordinary daily reality. At this point, we are dealing with a highly negative phenomenon, harmful to our psyche and body. Today, stress levels are very high, and we often fuel them ourselves. A businesswoman wants to be not only great at work – she wants to become a perfect housewife, an ideal mother, achieve success in, for example, sports, while maintaining the figure of a model and the style of a lady. We set the bar higher and higher, and it becomes increasingly difficult for us to reach it. Stress starts to "eat us" because stress hormones are released constantly. However, we do not have time to relax because of work, home, the child... And even when we do find that time, it turns out that we simply don't know how to de-stress. This situation inspired Casada to work on the Braintronics Body & Mind System. It is a system for "shaking off" stress, or more precisely, tuning brainwaves to desired frequencies. 

MS: What are the main advantages of your products?

MS: You are introducing the Braintronics massage chair to the market. What is the uniqueness of the BMS system?

MLŁ: Thanks to BMS, we can influence the brain, and specifically the brainwaves, to de-stress, relax, and also shift into a state of sleep or a mode for absorbing knowledge. This technique allows for inducing the appropriate emotional state that we are unable to achieve on our own, e.g., due to stress. Additionally, a session in the massage chair soothes physical pain and enhances the feeling of relaxation. We notice the changes very quickly…

MS: Indeed, after just a few sessions with Braintronics, one can notice not only an improvement in well-being, but also an increase in mental and physical performance and greater motivation to act? That’s amazing!

MLŁ: However, there is no magic in it; it is just science. We use the phenomenon of brainwave synchronization through audio stimulation. Simply put: we send the appropriate signals to the brain, and it begins to respond to them by changing the frequency of the waves. We act on the subconscious in this way, so our "conscious" problems do not in any way hinder the process of raising the waves.
