The show mobile has brought about quite a revolution – exactly as we expected. Our Planning Department has its hands full, and you have quite a few questions. We decided to collect them all and answer every single one :)

Mobile massage chair showroom - how much does the visit cost?

When creating our show mobile, we wanted to give everyone who cannot visit our stationary showrooms for various reasons the opportunity to test massage chairs before buying. That is why the service is completely free of charge.

How many people can take part in the presentation?

Let's remember that the COVID-19 pandemic is currently ongoing. Keeping in mind the safety of our customers and our team, as well as your comfort, we recommend not arriving in large groups. The optimal number of meeting participants is 2-3 people. In that case, each person can test the chair, and we can dedicate time to everyone - which is comfortable in every respect.

Can I request that the chair be disinfected in my presence?

Of course! The chairs and equipment in our mobile massage chair showroom are disinfected before and after customer visits, but we can also disinfect the equipment additionally at your request. We are absolutely not offended by this - safety first.

Do I have to wear a mask and gloves at the meeting?

A mask is a must-have of our times. We ask that you cover your nose and mouth while in the show mobile. If you have forgotten a mask - no problem, we can "treat" you to a high-quality type IIR surgical mask. As for gloves - they are not required at all. There is hand sanitizer in the show mobile, and the chair is disinfected with a surface disinfectant. The decision to wear gloves is entirely up to you.

Is such a meeting safe?

We do everything to ensure maximum safety for you and ourselves:
- we wear and require the wearing of masks
- we constantly disinfect the equipment
- we constantly disinfect our hands
- we use a medical-grade air purifier
- we maintain the greatest possible distance
- also while operating the chairs.- meetings are held in small groups.

We are taking all possible safety measures, thereby minimizing the risk.

How many chairs can I test?

All massage chairs located in the show mobile are at your disposal.

How long does such a meeting last?

It actually depends entirely on the customer :) On average, we can assume that the meeting lasts about 1.5 - 2 hours. But there are also lightning-fast meetings, for example, when a customer wants to make sure that the chair is suitable for their height, or that a given function works as they imagined.
