What should you do to ensure your massager lasts for many years? How do you care for the upholstery? How do you look after the mechanism?
It’s actually very simple and doesn’t require much effort at all...

"Habit is second nature," as the ancients used to say. And they were right. If you develop the right habits from the moment you start using the device, you won't commit the all-too-common sin of neglect, which can have dire consequences.

1. Read the manual.

The plot may not be fast-paced and the dialogue may not be particularly witty – but it is truly worth it. Always start your adventure with any new equipment by doing this. It will help ensure the main character lives a long and happy life.

2. Always unplug the device.

When you finish your massage, unplug it from the wall. This way, you don't just protect yourself against a power supply fault, but also protect the device from damage. A storm or even a strong power surge can cause serious damage to the unit itself. Such a defect is never covered by the warranty – repairing the device can be very expensive or simply impossible...

3. Use the device for its intended purpose.

Never stand on the device. Mats, pillows, chairs, or foot and leg massagers are not designed for such loads or such force distribution. You could seriously damage the mechanism and... yourself.

4. Place it in a suitable room.

A sauna or bathroom is not a friendly environment for such machines. High humidity and the risk of splashing are serious threats to our devices. And a massage chair – although the most comfortable in the world – does not pair well with a fireplace.

5. Take the path of least resistance.

It is best to plug massage devices directly into an outlet. Alternatively, use an extension cord that only has low-power devices plugged into it (e.g., a bedside lamp). If high-power appliances like an electric kettle, refrigerator, or electric stove are connected to the extension cord, there is no room for a massager.

6. If you're not using it, store it.

Remember to protect the device from dust. If you are not using it for a longer period, store it in a bag, a box, or simply cover it with a cover or a blanket.

Dust gets inside, settles on the mechanism, and clogs the ventilation holes. In the long run, this can contribute to malfunctions.

7. The massager is not a dining table.

Do not snack or drink while using the device. Breadcrumbs, chips, or drops of spilled juice, not to mention greasy or sticky residue, will not benefit the upholstery or the remote control. Juices, teas, or other liquids can even harm it if they seep into the mechanism.

8. Banish the amateur tinkerer.

Is it broken? Please contact our service department. Do not replace the original power supply with one from a robotic vacuum cleaner, do not repair frayed cables, and certainly do not take the device apart. Doing so may lead to an even bigger fault, not to mention the loss of your warranty. Our service team works quickly and efficiently. And above all – they know what they are doing. :-)

9. Keep it clean.

Wipe the device with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water, or better yet, with lanolin, which is designed for cleaning and caring for materials such as eco-leather.

Do not try to remove stains using alcohol, gasoline, or bleach – you will only damage the upholstery.

And absolutely do not try to wash a massage pillow in a washing machine! ;-) If you take care of the upholstery, which is subjected to daily friction, stretching, etc., you will improve its elasticity and, therefore, its durability.
