It is common knowledge that the greatest authority in the world is held by American scientists—a group as numerous as it is completely anonymous. However, we decided to put our trust not in American scientists, but in the research-enthusiastic physiotherapists from the Trzebnica-based center Reh4U, but… let’s start from the beginning!

On March 19, 2018, Reh4U threw down the gauntlet to PowerBoard—launching a program titled "Challenge: 30 Days with PowerBoard." The goal of the program was to verify exactly what the effects would be of thirty 15-minute sessions on the platform—sessions that were more passive than active (i.e., without participating in exercises).

12 women of different ages, physical conditions, health statuses, and with different goals signed up to participate. Two women did not qualify for the program due to their health—which left 10 participants.

All participants were weighed and measured at the waist, hips, and thighs. Photos of everyone's silhouettes were also taken.
And it began!

The ladies trained almost every day. Most of the time was spent on passive training, though sometimes they performed additional exercises on the platform, also using accessories: fitness bands and dumbbells. The sessions were conducted at various vibration frequencies—depending on how they felt on a given day.

After thirty days, the ladies were photographed again, and the difference was visible to the naked eye!

In all challenge participants, an improvement in… well-being is noticeable. In the "after" photos, they are more confident, standing straighter, with their chins held high. Breasts and buttocks were also lifted—in practically all the ladies!

The measurements, however, yielded surprising results. In just 30 days, the ladies managed to lose an average of 3 cm from their waists and hips. The record-holders lost 6 cm and 11 cm from their waists, the "record" hips slimmed down by as much as 7 cm, and thighs by 3 cm. And all this as a result of thirty 15-minute training sessions on the PowerBoard 2.1!
