We decided to take the initiative and answer questions that didn't always get the chance to be asked :)

Obesity

Of course, vibration training on the Power Board platform effectively helps in the fight against extra pounds, but for people with obesity, the situation is a bit different.

If you are significantly overweight or obese – and have led a rather inactive lifestyle until now – jumping on the platform for an intense workout is definitely a bad idea. In this situation, starting any physical activity, not just on the platform, in a "hard" mode is a terrible idea because an unprepared body will quickly refuse to cooperate or reward you with an injury.

People who are significantly overweight should start by incorporating physical activity such as walking, and the first vibration training sessions should focus on strengthening the joints of the lower limbs to prepare the body for further work.

Subsequent stages of action should be carried out under the supervision of a trainer or physiotherapist who will help you adjust the workout plan to your fitness level. The Powerboard will certainly ensure that results come faster than you expect.

Urinary incontinence

This embarrassing problem affects one in eight women under 39 and as many as every second woman after menopause. Although urinary incontinence is a medical condition, it turns out that those affected are often too ashamed to admit it even to their doctor! The vibrations generated by the platform help to strengthen muscles – including those that line the internal organs – which is why passive training on the Power Board can have a positive effect on the condition of the sphincters, and consequently, improve their function and help reduce the problem.

The platform is also effective in cases of fecal incontinence.

Bloating and constipation

Contrary to appearances, this is not just a "women's" problem. It is caused by various factors, including stress, improper diet, not enough water in the diet, and… a lack of movement. Vibration training stimulates metabolism, improves circulation, engages almost all muscles, and clearly boosts intestinal peristalsis, i.e., their function. And good intestinal peristalsis means regular bowel movements, and therefore no bloating.

It’s not for guys?!

Why ever not? Check out our YouTube channel and see how athletic guys can use our platform. If you are at a "master" level and practice sports – the Powerboard will be an interesting challenge for you. The way it engages muscles is completely different from what your bodies are used to. Can you do 50 push-ups while yawning? Great. Try doing 20 on a vibrating platform 😉

The platform helps increase muscle endurance and contributes to increasing muscle mass. So, it is definitely for guys!

Cellulite

Perhaps the most difficult part of the female body to work on and improve is the thighs. Let’s skip the biological injustice that meant men aren't the ones storing fat there… Orange peel skin is the bane of many women – perhaps even the majority, regardless of their weight, age, or lifestyle. We divide it into fatty, aqueous, and circulatory cellulite, but regardless of the type, it is unsightly on the thighs and difficult to remove.

Vibrations come to the rescue here. They help break down fat tissue, improve circulation, and speed up metabolism.
You can feel and see a difference in this area after just the first 10-minute workout – of course, after one workout it will be short-lived, but it gives you an idea of how fantastic the effects of regular training can be.

Breasts and buttocks lifted

Dear ladies – of every stature and age. Regardless of where your breasts and buttocks are currently positioned, after 30 days of training on the Powerboard – even a very modest 10-minute session – your breasts and buttocks will be a few centimeters higher. The difference is visible to the naked eye…

An option for the lazy

Well… yes. Of course, we recommend all kinds of physical activity. Taking care of your health and fitness is a process, a state of mind, not a random workout 😉 However – 10 minutes of activity twice a week is better than no activity at all.

If you are not a fan of exercise, but feel you need to do something for yourself – on the Powerboard, you can do it even while watching TV.
Even passive training, which is simply standing on the platform (in the right position!), brings results and has a positive effect on the entire body.

Remember that in case of health issues, especially if you have serious medical conditions, you should consult your doctor or therapist about using the vibration platform.

In many cases, the Powerboard can be used as a support for medical therapy.

We currently have two vibration platforms on offer: PowerBoard 2.1 and PowerBoard 3.0.
